Land Evaluation
Solar irradiance, wind patterns, geothermal potential, geotechnical and environmental conditions. We tell you what your land is suited for before we ever ask for a signature.

Lease or Sale Negotiation
A clean term structure with royalty options, fixed lease payments, or outright sale — sized to your land use, your family's timeline, and the project economics.

Title, Survey, Environmental
ALTA surveys, full title searches, environmental impact studies, and generation systems engineering — all handled in-house, all paid for by North Star.

Permitting & Interconnection
County and state-level permitting, plus interconnection agreements with local utilities for grid supply or transmission. We carry the regulatory load so you don't have to.
6 – 18 months

EPC Construction Handoff
When the project is fully permitted, financed, and shovel-ready, we hand it off to vetted EPC contractors who build to North Star's specifications. Construction, commissioning, then grid energization.
90 – 120 days through commissioning
